Purchase Orders For First-Time Customers

We gladly accept purchase orders from qualified institutions. They must include a contact name, street address, phone number and be printed on official letterhead. Purchase orders can be faxed to 800-772-6499 or mailed to:

Purchase Orders for Returning Customers

We gladly accept purchase orders on-line from our customers who have already been approved and have ordered from us in the past. If you are new to Childswork/Childsplay, please follow the instruction FAQ page.
To Submit a Purchase Order On-line:

1. Login to your account.
2. Complete your order.
3. When you have ordered all your items click the Proceed to Checkout Button.
4. Fill out the Bill To and Ship To information and include your purchase order number.
5. Record your invoice number and retain for your records.
