Andrea Ditter-MiddletonAndrea Ditter-Middleton: Andrea is a college writing teacher whose work experience includes everything from coordinating YMCA after-school programs for at-risk youth to tutoring developmental writing students to general classroom instruction. In addition to writing professionally, Andrea currently teaches a range of adult community college students in both online and physical classroom settings. At home, she keeps in shape by running after her two young daughters.

Anne Sourbeer Morris: Anne is the former Director of Counseling for the Great Valley School District, Malvern, PA and was the Director of Guidance in the Octorara Area School District, Atglen, PA.  She taught in the Central Dauphin East and Chester Upland School Districts in Pennsylvania. Anne is a past President of the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association (PSCA), serving for 30 years on the PSCA Governing Board. She sits on the Education Foundation Board of the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity.  Among Anne’s affiliations is membership in the American School Counselor Association, American Counseling Association, the Association for Career and Technical Education, and the National Career Development Association. She is a National Association of Professional Women 2010-2011 Woman of the Year and the 1990 PSCA Pennsylvania Secondary School Counselor of the Year. In 2011, Anne received PSCA’s Lifetime Membership Award. Currently Anne is a consultant to the Chester County Intermediate Unit, Division of Career and Technical Education, Downingtown, PA and Salem College, Winston-Salem, NC.

Jennifer Syrkiewicz: Jen is a published author (two novels one volume of poetry), studied English in the UK at Sussex, East Anglia and then York university. She earned a diploma in journalism, NLP practitioner status, Prince2 qualifications. She’s also the mother of a very cute little girl.

Susan Stillman: Susan is the Director of Education for Six Seconds, a global emotional intelligence network, where she is committed to helping educators bring social emotional learning to all students and schools throughout the world. A former K-12 school counselor and school counselor educator, Susan also mentors doctoral students in education and educational leadership. Susan has been a passionate advocate for social emotional learning for over 15 years. She is currently the Chair of the Social Emotional Learning Special Interest Group at the American Educational Research Association.
